How I Lost 100 Pounds
When my doctor told me about the risks associated with being overweight, I got upset at first, but then decided to change my lifestyle completely. I stopped stocking on ice cream and frozen meals and started buying more vegetables, chicken and fish. I swopped my favorite pasta with a wholegrain variety. Cooking all meals was a bit of a challenge for me at first, but now I’m trying ever more complex recipes. I don’t like exercising, but I’m taking long walks and go hiking during the weekend. This is how I lost 100 pounds in five months. I love my new lifestyle, my looks and the fact that I am full of energy every day.
